We regret to hear that you are not content with the products you received. In the event that you are dissatisfied, kindly return or exchange the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days from the day you received your order. It’s important to note that our return policy is limited to a duration of 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we, unfortunately, cannot grant a refund or exchange.

-Wrong product
-Products Expired
-Product damaged in shipping
-Unsatisfied: refund 96% amount of money, 4% for payment gate will not be returned. $25 restocking fee will be charge for each item
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
All transactions, including refunds, will be processed securely via Stripe. You can refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information. We will usually refund you within 5- 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request. Depending on the banking process, some working days may take longer. Please contact us if you notice that the refund takes too long to reach you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, premium check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jewelryflip.com
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jewelryflip.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.
Refund amount and reason:
Product is wrong, not arrive, damaged: Refund 100% money
Unsatisfied: refund 96% money, 4% for payment gate and shipping fee will not be returned
SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CANCEL
We only accept cancellation for order which is not shipped yet. All order which is shipped out will not be cancelled
When cancel, we only refund 96% of your money, 4% of payment gate is not refundable
